BY ACCESSING OR USING THIS WEBSITE AND/OR SCHEDULING A PSYCHIC READING, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND ALL TERMS, GUIDELINES, AND DISCLOSURES INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE AND/OR SCHEDULE A SERVICE. 

By scheduling an appointment with PsychicJulee you understand and agree that Julee is not a medical professional, veterinarian, attorney, financial planner or accountant or other licensed professional, and cannot give medical, legal, or tax or financial advice. Any information or advice given by PsychicJulee is not to be used by you in place of any medical, legal, tax or financial advice or diagnosis from qualified and licensed professionals in those fields. Readings are intended to be entertainment and to offer insight into your personal life and do not in any way constitute medical, legal, tax or financial advice. Julee, PsychicJulee, ChilsonRoth, LLC or her affiliates will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of this website or as a result of any reading or appointment with PsychicJulee, or any persons or events related thereto, and/or any actions or decisions that you may make as a result, including without limitation, actual, incidental and/or consequential damages resulting from any claims resulting from any act or omission, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation or otherwise, including without limitation, personal injury, death, loss of income, stress (emotional or otherwise), errors or omissions, or otherwise. PsychicJulee, Julee, ChilsonRothLLC, or any affiliates are not responsible for any decisions you make as a result of a service with her. Your consultation is entertainment and is subject to your interpretation and decisions made of your own free will.

Read the following and only proceed to schedule your session if you agree to the terms and conditions of any SESSION scheduled:

  1. You must be 18 YEARS OLD or older, to participate in a reading with Julee. If you are a minor, there must be pre-existing, written permission from your parent or legal guardian to receive a reading.

  2. If you are receiving medical treatment for psychiatric problems that could impair your decision to engage in a psychic and spiritual reading, Julee will need to evaluate and discuss whether the reading can continue. If you are suicidal, please work with a qualified professional or call 988, the USA suicide and crisis hotline or 1-800-273-8255.

  3. PsychicJulee reserves the right to terminate the reading, without refund, at any time if: 

  • She feels a connection with a client has not been achieved.

  • She feels that the client is not psychologically responding positively and carrying on could cause harm to the client.

  • If the client shows any aggressive or confrontational attitude.     

  4.  All information or advice or counsel given by PsychicJulee, is given with the understanding that nothing is 100% - you have free will and choice. Paths and outcomes can change as circumstances change.

  5.  The client shall take full responsibility, being of sound mind, for accepting or not accepting any guidance given, predictions and spiritual communication, and WILL NOT BASE MAJOR LIFE DECISIONS SOLELY ON THE INFORMATION GIVEN IN THE READING.

  6.  All information is given for the client to use for their private, confidental and personal use and not public or commercial use, and is for entertainment purposes only. Clients can record the session - Psychic Julee does not record your reading. Be aware of any intellectual property right infringements when posting, creating, recording, or using the information given.

  7.  Phone/Virtual/Online or Video Readings: PsychicJulee contacts you at the phone number you provided at the time of the appointment booking, so there are no telephone charges incurred by you.  If you fail to answer the call, Julee will attempt two more calls. If there is a failure to answer then, it will be a missed appointment and no refunds are given.

  8.  If an "in person" session is scheduled and can no longer be done in person for any reason (weather, roads, illness, etc) the reading will be rescheduled. Additional cost may be incurred and will be discussed as soon as possible, refunds are typically not given and are at the discretion of ChilsonRoth LLC.

  9.  All Payments are final. There for no refunds given.  No guarantees are made or implied on outcome of any services can or will be made.

  10.  Unless specified, all services are confidential and private (one on one) and any and all additional people must pay and be authorized before the appointment.

  

Reschedule/Cancellation & Refund Policy

PsychicJulee reserves the right to reschedule or cancel your personal reading or appointments at any time and will make every attempt to do so in a timely manner. Should Julee cancel a reading she will offer alternative appointment options for the reading or a full refund. 

Please call or text +1(231)675-8235 should you need to change your scheduled appointment. Same if you are more than ten minutes late and full duration of the appointment may not be available.
